  • if you have had a seizure within the past 6 months
  • if you have a recent history of depression or other mood disorders
  • if you have a recent history of suicide attempts or attempts
  • if you have ever had bleeding or blood in your vomit or stools
  • if you have ever had an allergic reaction (hives; difficulty breathing; itchy, red or black skin)
  • if you are taking a medicine known as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) to treat the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.
